Is ArchiOffice Online reliable, secure, and confidential? Is our data safe? Where is the data hosted?
We take all reasonable precautions to keep your information safe and secure. Our state-of-the-art redundant server cluster is hosted and professionally managed by Rackspace, a recognized leader in high-end hosting.
Where can I find our invoices or get a copy of an invoice?
The ArchiOffice account owner can log in, go to the Account section and click on Payment History. All the invoices and payments ever posted to the account will be listed there.
How do I get help related to the application if I do not have phone support?
ArchiOffice Online provides extensive security workgroups and permissions for features and reports. This allows you to specify who sees what in the application. You can give anyone permission to access all or selective areas of the Projects screen. However, these permissions are not available for specific projects. Please refer to the Help file in the application for details.
Can I keep certain people/clients from seeing specific projects? How do we set permissions?

What is ArchiOffice Online?
ArchiOffice Online is a subscription-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model of ArchiOffice offered by BQE Software, Inc. It is browser based and can work on various devices like a Mac, PC, laptop, iPad, iPhone and other mobile devices with a browser.
Signup, subscriptions, account management and other aspects of this SaaS solution are automated.
Is ArchiOffice Online reliable, secure, and confidential? Is our data safe? Where is the data hosted?

Can we export our data if we don't want to use ArchiOffice Online anymore? Which format is used for the export?
As of now, ArchiOffice Online does not have export capabilities other than within the Reporting module, however if you discontinue use of ArchiOffice Online and would like a copy of the database, you can request this for a lump-sum fee. This request must be made before or at the time of cancellation.
Can we install ArchiOffice Online on our own server?
No. ArchiOffice Online is a hosted model only. We maintain the servers, the security, all the updates and improvements so you don't have to worry about anything. However we have a non-hosted version called ArchiOffice that can be hosted on your own server.
Are there signup fees? Termination fees? Any hidden fees we should know about?
Absolutely not. We don't charge signup fees, termination fees, or any additional fees. The price you pay is simply the fixed monthly fee based on the plan you've chosen.
Can you customize ArchiOffice Online for us?
There are default features within ArchiOffice Online that allow you to upload your own report and invoice logos as well as change the drop-down lists but for significant customization such as custom reports and invoices, BQE Software provides these services for a modest service charge.

Do you provide phone support?

What is SSL and will it keep my communications absolutely secure? / Why do I see https instead of http?
Secure Socket Layer (SSL), are cryptographic protocols that provide security for communications over networks such as the Internet. https is a way to tell the browser and server to communicate using SSL.
Can we pay for ArchiOffice Online a year in advance? Do you accept POs or payment by check?
Yes, you can pay for a year in advance. In fact, as of now this is the only plan that we offer. We will be rolling out the quarterly plans soon. We do not accept payment by check or PO. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover credit cards to make your payments.

Account Billing, Invoices, Cancellation, Account Owner, etc.

What is an account owner? How can I change the account owner on my account?
The account owner is the person who originally sets up the ArchiOffice Online account. The account owner is the only person who can upgrade plans, change credit card billing information, add companies and cancel accounts. The account owner cannot be changed online. You can change the owner of an account only by sending an email request to Support.
How do we update or change our credit card?
The account owner can change the credit card used for billing by going to the Account section and clicking on the "Account Profile".
Can we change our ArchiOffice Online URL?
No. The URL will be provided by BQE Software and cannot be customized.
How do we upgrade or downgrade?
You can upgrade (e.g., from Pro to Enterprise) at any time by going into your account and selecting a higher plan. However, if you wish to downgrade from an existing plan (e.g., from Enterprise to Pro) you can do so only at your yearly renewal date. The account owner is the only person who can upgrade or downgrade the account.
